Counts = blood_drawn test sessions, plus confirmed bookings whose appointment is today or later, bucketed by probe date (scheduled_at). User-uploaded external results (no test method) and stale never-fulfilled bookings are excluded. Segments derived from profile groups: named corporate accounts, then named partner groups, then Doc Jan / test accounts as internal, remainder B2C. Auto-refreshes every 60 seconds.
